Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in data analysis, project management, and administrative support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholders.
• Experience in a compliance role within a regulatory or training environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training data and audit records to ensure compliance with state standards.
• Mine data using LMS to verify officer training completion.
• Coordinate training-related projects with the Training Division.
• Perform quality assurance checks on training delivery and documentation.
• Track staff development hours and report trends.
• Produce reports and analyses on training compliance and effectiveness.
• Identify areas for improvement in LMS quality assurance and reporting.
• Develop new QA measures for major training events.
