Job summary

NetJets seeks a Manager, Crew Qualifications and Compliance to lead training compliance activities for pilots and flight attendants. You will guide a team, ensure accurate records, and manage vendor relationships for travel credentials and renewals.

The role emphasizes governance, dashboard monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure readiness and regulatory alignment across training events.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced compliance or operational setting.
• Strong understanding of training compliance, record management and risk monitoring.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, budgets, service expectations and resolution.
• Ability to interpret data, monitor dashboards, identify trends and translate risks into actions.
• Collaborative communicator across multiple training and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team supporting training compliance and ensure accountability.
• Monitor workload, capacity, and accuracy to support timely compliance.
• Manage third-party vendor for passport renewals and visa procurement, including budgets.
• Maintain training records compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Use dashboards to identify risk, escalate concerns, and drive corrective action.
• Collaborate with Training Management Systems and capacity teams to ensure process efficiency.
