Job summary

Executive Jet Management, Inc. is seeking a Director of Training and Compliance Programs to develop and oversee crew training for Part 135 operations. You will ensure compliance with FAA regulations, manage vendor relationships, and align training with SOPs and company policies.

This role requires prior Part 121/135 experience and strong leadership capabilities. The Director will monitor regulatory changes, lead the CTMP manual process, and collaborate with Safety and Flight Operations to

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Aviation or related field is preferred.
5+ years of supervisory experience with a Part 121 or Part 135 air carrier.
Experience with FAA regulations and training program administration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develops curriculum for crewmember training in line with regulatory requirements.
Oversees required training programs and ensures alignment with SOPs and policy.
Provides back-up instruction in Lunken and for offsite crewmembers.
Audits third-party training vendors for compliance with regulations and policies.
Maintains the FAA-Approved Crewmember Training Program Manual (CTPM).
Gives technical writing support and ensures alignment across Operations Manual System.
