Job summary

NetJets seeks a Maintenance Training Manager to lead instructor‑led training for maintenance and ground operations, ensuring accurate, compliant programs aligned with SMS and the Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program. You will partner with maintenance leadership and SMEs to keep content current and effective.

You will coordinate schedules, maintain LMS records, and support audits, with a focus on standardization across locations and ongoing program improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft maintenance operations and training delivery.
• Ability to design, develop, and facilitate instructor‑led training.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training for maintenance, ground operations, and supply chain personnel.
• Coordinate training schedules, rosters, logistics, and communications.
• Maintain learner records in LMS and ensure regulatory documentation readiness.
• Collaborate with SMEs to update courseware and ensure program compliance.
