Job summary

Atlantic Aviation is seeking a Safety and Training Manager to design, deliver, and evaluate new hire training on company policies, procedures, and industry best practices for operations. The role oversees annual recurrent training, maintains training files, and ensures compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Based at our Reno location, you will manage the Training and Safety Plans, supervise trainers, and coordinate with Line Service crews to promote safe, efficient

Qualifications

• Two years of Line Service experience.
• Completion of an OSHA 10 or 30 Hr course.
• Valid state driver's license and at least 18 years of age.
• Line Service Supervisor Training the Trainer Certification.
• Aptitude in supervising and developing staff.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site safety and training programs in line with company policy.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and trainings for staff.
• Administer and monitor training materials, records, and compliance.
• Coordinate with line service teams to ensure safe operational practices.
• Develop and deliver trainer certifications and performance coaching.
