Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Quality Control Representative to ensure compliance with 14 CFR and the NetJets General Maintenance Manual, monitoring maintenance quality and auditing aircraft records. This role requires on-site surveillance of base maintenance providers and oversight of record storage to support airworthiness and fleet safety.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in heavy or line maintenance, an A&P certification, and the ability to manage maintenance-related records.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred
• 4+ years performing aircraft heavy or line maintenance or lead mechanic
• 2+ years managing, researching maintenance related records
• Familiar with aircraft regulatory agencies policies and procedures
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Able to organize and prioritize work
• Able to work nights, various shifts, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site surveillance checks of base maintenance providers to ensure compliance with 14 CFR and NetJets' approved maintenance program
• Audits aircraft maintenance records and oversees storage of all aircraft maintenance records
• Oversees addition/removal of aircraft from the NetJets fleet and 14 CFR Part 135 Conformity Inspection
• Ensures NetJets compliance with 14 CFR reporting and related directives (ADs, Service Difficulty reports, Mechanical Interruption Summary)
• Performs other projects and duties as assigned; travel and non-standard hours may be required
