Job summary

Atlas Air Worldwide is seeking a detail-oriented auditor for crewmember training records to ensure FAA compliance and accurate qualification data. The role maintains crewmember qualifications in the AIMS system and conducts regular audits of training files.

The successful candidate will have extensive airline training records experience, strong knowledge of FARs, leadership ability, and excellent communication skills to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of comprehensive airline training records experience.
• Working knowledge of the AIMS computer system.
• Extensive knowledge of FARs as they pertain to crewmember training records and regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership in planning and/or administration.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, administrative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all flight crew training records to ensure FAA compliance.
• Provides crew scheduling data to determine qualification and currency for duties.
• Audits training records; ensures documentation is current and properly filed.
• Notifies crewmembers of discrepancies or omissions in their training files.
• Notifies crewmembers when a required document expires.
• Audits and enters Check Airman and Instructor records.
