Job summary

HOTWORX Grimes is seeking a Part-Time Fitness Sales Associate to join our 24-hour infrared fitness studio. You’ll greet members, lead studio tours, and help new members choose the right membership while driving memberships and retail sales.

The ideal candidate is friendly, energetic, and customer‑focused, with an interest in fitness and wellness. Training is provided, and evening and Saturday shifts are required to support our busy hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Willing to learn and be trained.
• Comfortable with social media and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Give studio tours and help new members find the right membership.
• Follow up with leads and help achieve studio sales goals.
• Build relationships with members and create an amazing experience.
• Sell memberships, retail, and other studio offerings.

Studio Staffed Hours

Monday-Thursday: 11AM-8PM

Friday: 9AM-6PM

Saturday: 9AM-2PM

Evening and Saturday availability is required.
