About HOTWORX

HOTWORX is a 3D virtual fitness studio that combines infrared heat with virtual instructor‑led workouts to help members achieve their fitness goals in a unique, efficient, and motivating environment.

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Sales Associate to join our Beaufort team!

The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every person who walks through our doors while helping grow our membership base. You will connect with potential members, conduct studio tours, explain the HOTWORX concept, follow up with leads, and confidently close memberships.

The ideal candidate is someone who loves talking to people, is comfortable selling, is motivated by goals, and genuinely enjoys fitness and helping others.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a positive, welcoming attitude.
• Create a fun, energetic, and professional studio environment.
• Give tours and explain the HOTWORX concept, workouts, benefits, and membership options.
• Conduct consultations with potential members and identify their fitness needs and goals.
• Convert leads into memberships through effective communication and sales techniques.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, texts, and other approved communication.
• Schedule and conduct introductory workouts and guest visits.
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective members.
• Assist with membership upgrades, renewals, and retention efforts.
• Meet or exceed individual and studio sales goals.
• Sell and promote HOTWORX retail products.
• Participate in sales challenges, promotions, events, and community outreach.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Accurately complete membership paperwork and follow studio procedures.
• Work closely with the Studio Manager and team to improve lead follow-up, closing rates, and overall studio performance.
• Participate in role‑play/mock sales training to continuously improve sales and communication skills.

Schedule
