Job summary

HOTWORX Auburn, WA is seeking a Part-Time Fitness Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. You will be the first contact for prospective members, conducting tours, generating leads, and driving memberships in a fast-paced fitness studio.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a goal-oriented mindset, and are comfortable with outbound calling and commission-based earnings. In-person hours provide flexibility, with training and team support to help you succeed.

About Us:

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that offers virtually instructed workouts in a variety of infrared saunas. Our mission is to help members achieve their fitness goals through efficient, cutting-edge workouts in a supportive, empowering environment.

Position Overview:

As a Fitness Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential members and a key player in growing our community. This role combines front desk responsibilities, lead generation, and strong sales focus in a fun and fitness-forward atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests.
• Perform sales tours and enroll new members.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and set appointments.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the studio.
• Update daily goal boards and participate in sales challenges.
• Support social media and community outreach efforts.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
