Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is hiring a Sales Trainee for the Twin Cities Metro territory. You will learn SGWS products, industry practices, and consultative selling while supporting senior sales staff and the Area Sales Manager.

Responsibilities include building customer relationships, planning visits, and developing growth plans. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with travel as needed and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be able to secure and maintain a State Sales Permit.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and online communication.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Able to travel as needed.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships.
• Preplan account visits with an agenda, service purpose, and selling opportunities.
• Discover and identify customer business growth needs.
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account.
• Analyze data and insights to increase sales and grow customer business.
• Propose selling solutions and win the sale using consultative skills.
• Document and maintain account information in CRM.
