Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits in the United States is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn SGWS products, industry trends, and consultative sales to support customers.

You will back more senior sales staff and the Area Sales Manager, building relationships, preplanning visits, and developing growth plans while leveraging CRM tools to track progress. A strong communicator with a drive to learn will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid State Sales Permit where required.
• Ability to analyze data and present insights.
• Proficient with SGWS technology and CRM tools.
• Strong presentation and proposal-building skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build positive customer relationships and plan visits.
• Preplan account visits with clear agenda and selling opportunities.
• Identify customer growth needs and develop business plans.
• Analyze data to grow sales and meet objectives.
• Maintain CRM records with visit notes and plans.
• Attend sales meetings and supplier events as required.
