Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field and classroom components, located at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training you will travel frequently with overnight stays and work with a Sales Mentor in your territory. Upon completion, you will relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional, responsible for meeting monthly and

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in 3 years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in 5 years.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.

Responsabilités

• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Achieve designated monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services.
• Sell to both new and existing customers in the assigned territory, focusing on automotive industry solutions.
• Travel with overnight stays during the 12-month training period.
