Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct B2B cold calls and educate clients on supplemental insurance offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and address insurance needs.
• Update reports, bookkeeping systems, and progress toward monthly sales goals.
• Tailor risk management strategies to individual client needs.
• Monitor changes to rules or policies and amend insurance programs accordingly.
• Implement marketing strategies including cold calling and networking.
• Meet with clients to present best insurance policies to meet their needs.
