Job summary

Stevens Transport, Inc. is seeking a Trailer Technician for our Paragon Leasing shop to perform preventative maintenance on trailers and refrigeration units.

The role offers hands-on work with DOT-compliant repairs and a focus on keeping equipment in peak operating condition. Responsibilities include scheduled and non-routine repairs, lighting and wiring checks, brake and suspension service, and maintaining a clean, safe work space.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of trailer technician experience.
• Basic tools set for job functions.
• Working knowledge of telematics systems and diagnostic software; basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read and understand operating manuals, service manuals and written instruction.
• Valid Class C driver's license.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Repairing or replacing brakes, wheel seals and suspension.

JOB SUMMARY: We are currently seeking a Trailer Technician who is responsible for completing preventative maintenance on our trailers and refrigeration units.

• Making sure that lights are functioning properly, and wiring is secure

• Foaming of Refrigerated Trailers

Work Experience:

2+ years of trailer technician experience
