Job summary

Stevens Transport, Inc. seeks a Trailer Shop Supervisor to lead our Paragon Fleet Maintenance Group in Dallas. You will oversee technicians, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety and compliance across the fleet.

Required are 3+ years in fleet maintenance leadership, strong diagnostic and telematics know-how, and a Class C license. Thermo King exposure and 609 certification are preferred. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management and leadership experience in a fleet maintenance environment.
• Experience with Transportation Management Tools.
• AS/400 experience preferred and diagnostic software experience required.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Trailer maintenance and trailer body repair experience.
• Working knowledge of telematics systems and diagnostic software.
• Valid Class C driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and non-DOT physical.
• Preferred Thermo King experience and 609 Certification.

Responsibilities
