Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to keep our fleet in peak condition. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure timely repairs across our equipment.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to DOT/OSHA standards while supporting a collaborative OD family culture focused on reliability and service excellence.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a maintenance technician or equivalent education.
• Must provide own tools to perform job duties.
• Valid CDL when required and ability to read/write English.
• Experience with truck repair, body and frame repair; knowledge of DOT/OSHA rules.

Responsabilidades

• Repair and maintain company equipment in a safe, timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with diagnostic tools.
• Read precision instruments and perform tests to verify repairs.
• Adhere to DOT, EPA, ICC and OSHA regulations and company policies.
