Job summary

Big Tex Trailer World is seeking a results-driven sales professional to support the dealership’s trailer and parts sales. You will assist customers, quote trailers, and process paperwork for invoicing, while maintaining merchandising and front-office organization.

Responsibilities include handling cash per policy, noting miles reimbursed, and expanding wholesale sales outside the yard with guidance from the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) years of commissioned sales experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to work Monday–Saturday and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer sales calls.
• Assist customers visiting dealership.
• Quote trailers for customers.
• Prepare sales paperwork for invoicing.
• Coordinate and maintain display and merchandising of the sales yard.
• Assist in maintaining the front office for a friendly, professional appearance.
• Handle cash transactions and report to administration per policy.
• Develop wholesale business via outside sales with guidance from Store Manager.
• Attend trade shows and events to drive sales initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date order files for trailers and parts sold.
• Other duties as assigned.
