Job summary

Sonic Automotive, Inc. in Long Beach, CA seeks a Traffic Manager to drive KPI performance, manage in-store structure, and uphold the Sonic Brand. You will collaborate with the Brand Traffic Management Director and dealership teams to boost traffic, sales, and profitability.

The role requires automotive retail leadership, training and development, process standardization, and strong communication. You will monitor call performance, website content, and partner with eLead/CDK teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive retail management experience.
• 2+ years training and development experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintains thorough understanding of Traffic Management and KPI targets.
• Identifies low performing areas and develops improvement plans.
• Partners with TMDs and GMs to implement action plans and accountability.
• Drives standardization of traffic management processes at department level.
