Job summary

The Traffic Manager at Sonic Automotive's Greenville Hyundai in Greenville, TX will oversee 100% Traffic Management Playbook compliance, manage in-store structure, and monitor brand KPI performance to drive dealership traffic and profitability.

Collaborating with the Brand Traffic Management Director and dealership teams, you will identify opportunities, implement action plans, and lead training to elevate sales performance and customer experience while maintaining strong internal relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years automotive retail management.
• Minimum 2 years training and development (store and/or corporate level).
• Able to set priorities, multi-task, achieve goals and obtain buy-in.
• Ability to identify opportunities and create action plans to improve performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a thorough understanding of Traffic Management.
• Assists store in identifying and addressing low performing areas in comparison to KPI’s, targets, and objectives.
• Partners with TMD’s and General Managers to implement action plans based on opportunities, and hold teams accountable to achieving defined objectives.
• Drives standardization of traffic management processes at the department level.
• Effectively communicates traffic management changes to all applicable department teammates.
• Trains, coaches, mentors, and develops teammates where needed.
