Job summary

Long Beach BMW in Long Beach, CA seeks a Traffic Manager to oversee traffic management playbook compliance, in-store structure, and Brand KPI performance. You’ll partner with dealership teams and the Brand Traffic Management Director to boost overall traffic, sales, and profitability.

Senior responsibilities include leading audits, weekly internet traffic meetings, and coaching teams; minimum 2 years automotive retail management and CDK CRM experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years automotive retail management.
• Minimum 2 years training and development (store and/or corporate).
• Proficient in CDK CRM (Elead).
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, including planning strategy and problem solving.
• Able to set priorities, multi-task, and obtain buy-in.
• Must be adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a thorough understanding of Traffic Management.
• Identify and address low performing KPI areas with targets and objectives.
• Partner with leadership to implement action plans and hold teams accountable.
• Drive standardization of traffic management processes at department level.
• Communicate traffic management changes to applicable teams.
• Work with eLead support team to resolve issues and requests.
• Outline growth plans to achieve KPI targets and awards.
• Perform monthly traffic management audits and lead weekly internet traffic meetings.
• Conduct regular mystery shops of competitors and internal departments.
• Review website accuracy and quality (mobile and desktop) including specials and photos.
• Train, coach, and develop teammates; manage priorities and timelines.
