Job summary

Town and Country Toyota in Charlotte, NC, part of Sonic Automotive, invites an experienced Traffic Manager to optimize in-store traffic, KPI alignment, and dealership profitability. You will partner with Brand Traffic Management Director and store teams to drive performance and standardized processes.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in automotive retail management and 2 years in training/development, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years automotive retail management.
• Minimum 2 years training and development.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Experience in leading teams and group coaching.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Technology savvy and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Traffic Management Playbook compliance and KPI performance.
• Identify opportunities and implement action plans to improve KPIs.
• Coordinate with management to drive traffic and sales performance.
• Lead weekly meetings and train/develop teammates.
• Audit traffic management activities and ensure quality across channels.
• Collaborate with eLead support and department teams to resolve issues.
