Job summary

Sonic Automotive is seeking a Traffic and Loyalty Manager for Audi New Orleans in Metairie, LA. You will own traffic playbook compliance, sustain in-store structure, and drive Sonic Brand KPI performance while collaborating with Brand Traffic Management Directors and dealership teams.

You will lead monthly audits, weekly internet traffic meetings, and coaching for teammates to elevate sales and profitability, reporting to the General Manager and Traffic Management Director.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years automotive retail management.
• Minimum 2 years training and development experience.
• Proven ability to set priorities, multi-task, and achieve goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with CDK CRM (Elead) and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Understand Traffic Management and apply Playbook standards.
• Identify and address low-performing areas against KPIs.
• Collaborate with TMDs and GMs to implement action plans.
• Standardize traffic management processes at department level.
• Communicate changes effectively to all teams.
• Work with TMD and eLead support to resolve issues.
• Develop growth plans to hit KPI targets and awards.
• Perform monthly traffic management audits and scorecard reviews.
• Lead weekly internet traffic management meetings.
• Conduct weekly mystery shops of competitors and internal departments.
• Review website call performance daily with CallRevu.
• Audit website accuracy for mobile/desktop (offers, photos, etc.).
• Hold teams accountable for results and KPI achievement.
• Train and mentor teammates to improve performance.
