Job summary

Sonic Automotive, Inc. is seeking a Traffic Manager for Momentum Volkswagen in Houston, TX. This leadership role focuses on 100% Traffic Management Playbook compliance, in-store structure, and maintaining Sonic Brand KPI performance.

You will work with dealership teams and the Brand Traffic Management Director to boost traffic management, sales, and profitability. You will collaborate with New and Used Vehicle Operations, align with management on growth plans, and report to the General Manager

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years automotive retail management.
• Minimum 2 years training and development (store and/or corporate level).
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Traffic Management Playbook compliance and KPI performance.
• Identify low performing areas and implement action plans with accountability.
• Drives standardization of traffic management processes at department level.
• Communicate traffic management changes to all departments.
• Report to General Manager in alignment with Traffic Management Director.
