RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Traffic Control Technician to set up and take down lane closures, ensure worker safety, and manage traffic control on state highways and local roadways.

You will drive MOT and TMA vehicles, place signs and cones, and maintain equipment in good condition. The role requires 1–3 years of traffic control experience, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and willingness to travel statewide.

Formación

• Valid Driver’s License.
• 1–3 years of traffic control experience with 2,000 field hours.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Must meet federal DOT requirements.
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
• Must read plans and ensure traffic control plans are followed.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and take down lane closures and traffic control devices.
• Operate MOT and TMA vehicles to protect workers.
• Place signs, cones, and arrow boards in work areas.
• Monitor work zones for safety and compliance.
• Load and unload traffic control materials at shifts’ start/end.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures.
