Zusammenfassung

RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking a Traffic Control Technician II in Indiana to set up lane closures, redirect traffic, and ensure safety on state highways and other roadways.

The role involves operating company trucks, deploying MOT and TMA devices, installing signs and cones, and coordinating with crews. Travel statewide, nights and weekends may be required. Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans offered where eligible.

Qualifikationen

• Requires valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• 1–3 years in traffic control and 2,000 field hours preferred.
• Must pass background and drug screening; DOT regulations knowledge required.
• Wear safety PPE (boots, hard hat, safety glasses, vest) at all times.
• Read and interpret traffic control plans and permits.

Aufgaben

• Operate company trucks to transport materials to job sites.
• Drive MOT and TMA vehicles to protect workers and work zones.
• Set up/monitor traffic control devices and signs at sites.
• Install/repair delineators, posts, and supports as directed.
• Perform general shop maintenance on equipment and reports.
