Job summary

This non-exempt role requires a valid driver's license, 1–3 years of traffic control experience and 2,000 field hours, ability to travel statewide, and willingness to work nights and weekends per project.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1-3 years of experience and 2,000 field hours in traffic control.
• Must pass background check and drug test; meet DOT requirements.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds and work nights/weekends.
• Willingness to travel statewide; rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Set up and take down lane closures on state highways and roadways.
• Redirect traffic for workers or survey crews; work independently or with a crew.
• Assemble, deliver, and pick up safety products from job sites; follow contractor directions.
• Operate company trucks and MOT/TMA vehicles to transport materials and equipment.
• Install and maintain signs, delineators, cones, and safety devices.
• Adhere to all safety rules and company policies; perform related duties.
