Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years MOT/Temporary Traffic Control experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; clear written and verbal communication.
• Advanced MOT Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain traffic control devices, signs, and lights.
• Maintain MOT activity including detours and lane closures.
• Coordinate with on-site client representatives or officials.
• Load and unload equipment into company trucks.
• Deliver or pick up equipment from customer jobsites.
• Coordinate traffic control laborers to ensure MOT compliance.
• Recommend changes to improve traffic maintenance procedures.
• Complete daily paperwork and reports as required by supervisor.
• Operate a company vehicle if licensed and maintain MV records.
