Acme Barricades is hiring a Maintenance of Traffic laborer to perform temporary traffic control on roadway construction sites, ensuring public safety and compliance with MOT guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in MOT/Temporary Traffic Control or related industry.
• High School Diploma or GED; must communicate clearly.
• Advanced MOT Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain traffic control devices and work-zone signs.
• Coordinate MOT activities and detours; manage lane closures.
• Load/unload equipment; transport to job sites.
• Deliver/pick up equipment from customer sites.
• Ensure compliance with MOT guidelines and safety policies.
• Complete daily paperwork and reports.
• Operate company vehicle if licensed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
