RoadSafe Traffic Systems in Gibsonia, PA is hiring a Traffic Control Flagger II to manage traffic around work zones and ensure public safety. The role requires setting up and taking down signs, cones, and barricades, using stop/slow paddles, and coordinating with crews.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, pass background and drug tests, and complete ATSSA Flagger training with DOT considerations.

Formación

• Requires valid driver’s license and pass a background check with MVR.
• Must pass a drug test and meet Federal DOT requirements.
• ATSSA Flagger training and Defensive Driver training are required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct traffic around construction sites and work zones using signs, cones, and barricades.
• Communicate with motorists and team members using hand signals and two-way radios.
• Stand and walk for long periods outdoors, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate company vehicles to transport equipment.
