RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Traffic Control Flagger II in Jeannette, PA. The role directs traffic, sets up signs and barricades, and communicates with crews to maintain safety around construction zones.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, DOT drug testing readiness, and ATSSA Flagger training with Defensive Driving certification. Excellent attendance and the ability to work outdoors are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Background check including motor vehicle records.
• Must pass a drug test and meet federal DOT requirements.
• Wear PPE (boots, hard hat, safety glasses, safety vest).
• Operate 2-way radio and communicate with team.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic flow around construction sites and work zones.
• Set up/take down traffic control devices (signs, cones, barricades).
• Use stop/slow paddles and hand signals to guide motorists.
• Maintain clear communication with contractors and internal teams.
