RoadSafe Traffic Systems seeks a Traffic Control Flagger to direct traffic around construction zones and work sites. You will set up and remove signs, cones, and barricades, using hand signals and stop/slow paddles to guide motorists safely through or around active areas.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, ability to pass background and drug tests, and ATSSA Flagger training plus Defensive Driver training.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass background and drug test per DOT requirements
• Willingness to travel statewide; occasional overnight stays
• Completion of ATSSA Flagger training and Defensive Driver training
• Able to work nights and weekends as required

Aufgaben

• Set up traffic control signs, cones, and barricades.
• Direct traffic flow with stop/slow paddles and hand signals.
• Communicate with team using two-way radios.
• Stand and walk up to 10 hours per day.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and move equipment.
• Operate company vehicles to transport equipment.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Join a rotating on-call schedule.
