Job summary

Flagger Force Traffic Control Services is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to guide traffic safely through work zones and assist with site setup. Crews are dispatched to projects across the region from home base, offering steady outdoor work and opportunities to advance.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and growth, with explicit advancement paths and in-house training to progress into crew leadership and supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon)
• Physical endurance – stand 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles per day, lift up to 30-50 lbs, outdoor work in varied conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles and are at least 6" in height.
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry
