Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to guide traffic and protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones across the eastern United States. Flaggers are dispatched from home to site, enabling flexibility and timely response.

Role offers a clear advancement ladder—from Crew Member to Crew Leader and higher leadership roles, with paid in-house training, travel opportunities, and a promotional bonus program to support growth and safety goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Satisfactory driving record (MVR check).
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM).
• Physical endurance to stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles, lift 30–50 lbs, outdoors in varying conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and reliability.
• Obtain steel-toe or 6"+ boots.
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
