Job summary

Flagger Force is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones. Crews are dispatched from home to job sites across the eastern U.S., with on-site training and clear paths for advancement.

You’ll set up and maintain safe traffic control, guide motorists, work as part of a team, and gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry while enjoying weekly pay and opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid drivers license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• Ability to stand 8-12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability Monday-Friday (as early as 6AM).
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists and pedestrians.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
