Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to safely guide traffic in work zones and support Crew Leaders. Flaggers operate in active work zones, ensuring safety for motorists and workers while delivering reliable, outdoor, team-based clashes with daily variety.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and community impact. Training and advancement opportunities exist, with a promotion path to leadership roles and a $500 promotional bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• Employees must be able to drive themselves to and from job sites (ride-sharing or drop-offs not permitted).
• Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements.
• Availability Monday-Friday (as early as 6AM - late afternoon).
• Physical endurance - Ability to stand for 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles per day, lift up to 30-50 lbs, and work outdoors in various conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles and are at least 6″ in height.
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
