Flagger Force is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones.

Flagger Force is an industry leader in traffic control across the eastern United States. Flaggers (Crew Members) are dispatched from home to job sites, ensuring convenience and flexibility.

This essential role directly contributes to public safety and infrastructure development while offering advancement into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
• Employees must be able to drive themselves to and from job sites.
• Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon).
• Physical endurance – stand 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles, lift 30-50 lbs, outdoors in varying conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles.
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
