Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones across the eastern United States. Flaggers are dispatched from home to job sites, with competitive weekly pay and real advancement paths.

Excellent growth potential includes becoming a Crew Leader in 30–90 days, paid in-house training, and a $500 promotional bonus. Join a safety‑driven culture focused on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon).
• Physical endurance – stand 8‑12 hours, walk 1‑2 miles per day, lift 30‑50 lbs, outdoors in varying conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles and are at least 6″ high.
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
