Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers in the United States. The role involves guiding traffic in active work zones, supporting crews, and ensuring safety and efficiency on sites. Crews are dispatched from home to job sites across the eastern U.S.

with hands-on training and clear advancement paths. Eligible candidates should be at least 18, possess a valid license and reliable vehicle, and be able to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• Employees must be able to drive themselves to and from job sites (ride-sharing or drop-offs not permitted).
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon)
• Physical endurance – Stand 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles, lift up to 30-50 lbs, outdoors in varying conditions
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles and are at least 6″ tall
• Approved two-way radios

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry
