Flagger Force is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers (Crew Members) to guide traffic safely through active work zones and assist Crew Leaders. The role is based in the eastern United States, with dispatch from home to sites to enable flexibility.

This essential position offers advancement from Crew Member to Crew Leader within 30–90 days, plus a $500 promotional bonus, overtime options, and comprehensive benefits. Join a safety-focused team serving communities nationwide.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
• Satisfactory driving record that meets company requirements.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon).
• Physical endurance – stand 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles/day, lift up to 30-50 lbs, outdoors in varying conditions.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots 6" tall.
• Approved two-way radios.

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
