Job summary

Flagger Force is seeking Traffic Control Flaggers (Crew Members) to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones. You will be dispatched from home to job sites across the eastern United States, providing safe, visible traffic control and teamwork.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, have a valid license, a reliable vehicle, and a commitment to safety. The role offers advancement opportunities, paid training, and a path to leadership within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to drive to multiple job sites (ride‑sharing not permitted).
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM).
• Physical endurance – stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles per day, lift 30–50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Steel‑toe or composite‑toe boots required.
• Approved two‑way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands‑on experience in the traffic control industry.
