Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones. Flaggers are dispatched from home to job sites, with comprehensive training provided and opportunities for rapid advancement.

You will set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control zones, ensure smooth traffic flow, and work as part of a team to keep communities safe. The role offers weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and a path to leadership through structured

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Adequate driving record per MVR review.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM).
• Physical endurance: stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles, lift 30–50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety and reliability.
• Steel-toe boots above 6" height and two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Control traffic flow to protect motorists and pedestrians.
