Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones across the eastern United States. Flaggers are dispatched directly from home to job sites, offering flexibility and growth through leadership tracks.

This essential role focuses on public safety, teamwork, and reliable service, with opportunities for rapid advancement to Crew Leader and beyond, plus paid training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle requirements.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon).
• Physical endurance – stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles/day, lift 30–50 lbs, outdoors in varying conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Own steel-toe or composite-toe boots (≥6" tall).
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
