Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Williamsport, PA is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to support multiple job sites. No prior experience or degree is required, as comprehensive training and support are provided.

You will set up cones, signs, and barricades, direct traffic with stop/slow paddles, and maintain safety and equipment outdoors year round. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 40–50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40-50 pounds for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in traffic and changing weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Pass pre-employment screening, including drug testing.
• Alertness around moving traffic and respectful interaction with others.
