Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to support job sites, with full training provided. The role involves setting up traffic control devices, directing traffic, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role Overview

The position involves working as a Traffic Safety Protector on job sites, with no prior experience or degree required. Training and support are provided to ensure safety and career development.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Setting up cones, signs, barricades, and removing traffic control equipment
• Using stop/slow paddles to direct traffic and monitoring site activity
• Adhering to all safety protocols learned during training
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipment
• Working outdoors year-round in various weather conditions

Key Qualifications Include

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds
• Willingness to work in traffic and diverse weather conditions
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Ability to pass pre-hire screening, including a drug test
• Respectful attitude towards coworkers, clients, and the public

Additional Details

Compensation: $16.50–$17.25/hour, with overtime, pay raises, and paid training including a traffic safety certificate.
