Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to support job sites with training provided. No prior experience or degree is required, and training ensures safety and career development.

You will set up traffic control devices, direct flow with stop/slow paddles, and maintain equipment in all weather outdoors. A valid license and reliable schedule help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and diverse weather conditions.
• Pass pre-hire screening, including drug testing.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Alertness around moving traffic and respectful demeanor.

Responsibilities

Compensation And Benefits

• Hourly pay: $17.00–$17.75, with overtime opportunities and pay increases
