Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to manage traffic control at multiple job sites. No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training is provided, including traffic safety certification.

The role involves setting up cones and signs, directing traffic with stop/slow paddles, and maintaining equipment safety. Expect outdoor work in all weather, with opportunities for overtime and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Ability to pass pre-hire screening, including a drug test.

Compensation And Benefits

• Hourly pay range: $17.23–$18.07, with overtime and pay increases in the first year
