Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join our on-site team at various locations. No prior experience or degree is required, as comprehensive training is provided.

Your duties include setting up and dismantling cones, signs, and barricades, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and monitoring site activity, while following all safety protocols. This outdoor role requires working in all weather, often standing or walking for long periods, with occasional night shifts,

Role Overview

As a Traffic Safety Protector, you'll work with a team at various job sites, ensuring safety and traffic control. No prior experience or degree is required, as comprehensive training is provided. Your main responsibilities include setting up and dismantling cones, signs, and barricades, using stop/slow paddles to guide traffic, and monitoring site activity. You will follow all safety protocols, communicate effectively with your crew and supervisor, and help maintain vehicle and equipment safety. This outdoor role requires working in all weather conditions, often standing or walking for extended periods, and occasionally working night shifts, weekends, or emergency hours.

Qualifications
