Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to work at job sites, guiding traffic and ensuring safety. No prior experience or degree is required; comprehensive training is provided. Work is outdoors in all weather, with potential for night/weekend shifts.

You must be able to stand for long periods and lift 40–50 pounds. A valid driver’s license and safety gear are required; pay starts at $18.50–$19.25/hr with opportunities for raises.

Job description

Role Overview

As a Traffic Safety Protector

you will work with a team at job sites to ensure safety and traffic management.

No prior experience or degree is required; comprehensive training and support are provided.

Your Main Responsibilities Include

• Setting up and dismantling cones, signs, and barricades
• Using stop/slow paddles to guide traffic and monitoring site activity
• Adhering to safety protocols learned during training
• Communicating effectively with crew and supervisors
• Maintaining vehicles and equipment cleanliness and safety

Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, with potential for shift changes, including nights, weekends, or emergency work. The role involves standing or walking for extended periods and lifting 40–50 pounds.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to follow safety rules are essential. Personal safety gear such as a hard hat, goggles, vest, and weather-appropriate clothing are provided; steel-toe boots are required.
