Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro seeks a Traffic Safety Protector to support outdoor traffic control at various job sites in Lima, OH. No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training is provided.

You will set up cones, signs, and barricades, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and enforce safety protocols. You’ll work with a crew, communicate with supervisors, and help keep vehicles and equipment safe and clean while outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and work outside for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and changing weather conditions.
• Flexible scheduling and punctuality are important.
• Must pass pre-hire screening including drug testing.
• Stay alert around moving traffic and follow safety rules.
• Respectful attitude toward coworkers, clients, and the public.
